The evening degustation will begin with a glass of Tahbilk's 2021 Coueslant Marsanne Sparkling accompanied music from local vocalist Claire O'Connell in our Tahbilk Estate Orchard.
Whilst watching the sun set over the vineyard and iconic Tahbilk tower sample some of the new vintage releases of Tahbilk white varietals.
Then join us in Tahbilk Estate restaurant for a 5 course degustation dinner crafted by head chef, Jonny Mackeson.
Our savouring menu uses the local produce proudly sourced in the Goulburn Valley Region to honour the unique wines produced at Tahbilk Estate.
