2015 Centennial Sparkling Marsanne – A fresh and vibrant sparkling wine with floral and spice aromas, bright citrus, and honeysuckle flavours.

2015 Centennial Marsanne – Sourced from 90-year-old vines, offering lemon citrus, spice, and tropical fruit with evolving depth and complexity.

2017 Centennial Riesling – A lively and expressive Riesling with citrus and floral notes enhanced by bottle-aged complexity.

2015 Centennial Old Block Shiraz – From 158-year-old vines, displaying dark cherry, red berry, dried herbs, and spice with a refined structure.

2015 Centennial Old Block Cabernet Sauvignon – A rich and structured Cabernet with layers of mint, cassis, dark plum, and subtle oak influence.

2013 Centennial Fortified Shiraz – A fortified Shiraz aged in seasoned oak with nutty aromas, dark berries, chocolate, and a smooth, lingering finish.
