Our November Sunshine Wine Tasting is a bespoke flight showcasing Tahbilk’s finest whites and rosé — elegant, expressive wines chosen to complement the long, easy days of spring and the promise of summer ahead. Held every weekend and on Melbourne Cup Day, this experience offers the perfect excuse to pause, unwind, and enjoy the simple pleasures of good wine in good company.

Your tasting includes a curated selection of six wines that capture both the freshness of the 2025 vintage and the depth of Tahbilk’s history:

Tahbilk Coueslant Sparkling Rosé
Fine bubbles, wild strawberry, watermelon and a touch of citrus zest. Light, graceful and celebratory — a sparkling that feels like sunshine in a glass.

2025 Tahbilk Marsanne
Lively citrus, pear and a hint of spice. Crisp and refreshing with a bright, dry finish — an iconic expression of the variety that Tahbilk has championed for generations.

2025 Tahbilk Fiano
Vibrant and textural with notes of green apple, white blossom and stone fruit. A modern estate favourite with a Mediterranean feel — fresh, generous and perfectly suited to warmer weather.

2017 1927 Vines Marsanne
The jewel in the line-up. From our super-premium Iconic Collection, this highly awarded wine is sourced from vines planted in 1927. With honeyed citrus, toasted nuts and a long mineral finish, it’s the definition of elegance and patience — and a proud expression of what Tahbilk does best.

2025 Tahbilk Rosé (Grenache–Mourvèdre)
