From 1.00pm to 4.00pm on Sunday 8 March, the courtyard will fill with the aromas of authentic paella as guests gather around the pans and watch the cooking unfold. Enjoy generous buffet-style servings made from scratch with thoughtfully sourced ingredients, with seconds encouraged. Spanish retro funk music sets the mood, while our pop-up Cellar Door wine bar pours wines by the glass — including lighter chilled reds such as Grenache, GSM, and Cabernet Franc, chosen to complement the flavours of the day.

Set in the Tahbilk Cellar Door Courtyard, the event offers relaxed seating and standing areas, making it ideal for families, groups, or anyone looking to ease into a Sunday afternoon. Wet weather is catered for, with covered options available if required.
