Autumn has arrived at Tahbilk, and with it comes the excitement of sharing our newest red wines with you. This March, we’re opening the Cellar Door for An Autumnal Tasting: New Release Reds & Small Bites—a chance to taste, sip, and savour three 2025 vintages that we’ve been dreaming about all year: Grenache, Mourvèdre and Tempranillo.

Settle in on one of our cosy tasting weekends—7–9, 14–15, and 28–29 March—with sessions at 11.00am and 3.00pm. Each tasting is intimate, with small groups enjoying the wines at their own pace, guided by the stories behind each bottle. These are wines that tell the story of our vineyards: Grenache with its lively, fruit-forward charm, Tempranillo with its graceful structure, and Mourvèdre with bold depth and character.

Paired with thoughtfully prepared small bites, each sip becomes a moment to pause, explore, and connect—not just with the wines, but with the estate itself. Whether you’re a long-time Wine Club member or discovering Tahbilk for the first time, this tasting invites you to experience the estate’s unique character, the passion behind the cellar, and the joy of a wine perfectly timed for autumn.
